Supported Files

Only acceptable files are allowed for uploads. If your upload contains one or more files that are not supported, the upload process will fail. Files that need to be uploaded must also conform with acceptable size and number.

Acceptable File Formats

Only images are currently supported.
Acceptable image formats are: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, Bitmap Images.

Acceptable File Size And Number

The acceptable file size is 40MB and below. This means that the file (or collection of files) to be uploaded should not exceed 40 megabytes in size (overall size, as the case may be).
You can upload a maximum of 4 files per upload, but should not exceed the maximum overall size of 40MB.

Note to Sellers: for each order generation, Sellers are required to upload exactly 4 pictures.
