Seller thinking him (the buyer) to be fraudulent, and refuses to do business with him by sending the product first before he (the buyer) makes payment for it.

These are only a few concerns both buyers and the sellers have that hinder smooth and seamless transactions.

If a buyer makes payment for an item, and the item turns out not to be what he originally paid for, his money is refunded to him in full.
