Money-Back Guarantee
Because we value the rights of our Buyers in getting exactly what they pay for, this document guarantees that they get that or their entire money back.
However, not only our Buyers are entitled to protection; Sellers also need protection. This is to make sure that those who have done their part in selling what they clearly portrayed deserve their payment.
- That Buyers are satisfied with what they receive.
- That Sellers sell exactly what they describe.
- That neither Seller nor Buyer defrauds the other.
- That everyone gets exactly what they deserve.
An order fails validation when:
- It does not agree in appearance with the description given by the Seller during the order generation process.
- The number of items specified by the Seller is different (whether bigger or smaller).

It violates any of the terms and conditions governing the use of our service, or is found as a prohibited material.

Once an order fails validation, the Buyer is refunded his entire money within 48 hours. The refund is sent to the same account the Buyer was charged for the order payment.
The package is also sent back to the respective Seller; and he bears all return costs.
If an order passes the validation process, there will be no refund. In this case, the Seller is sure of receiving his payment for a successful sale.
